There are some remote job boards that post new roles daily but barely get traffic. Pay ranges from $130 to $250/day depending on the role and your experience.

They have less competition, direct hiring, and the sites are free to browse.

Before you save this, note that:

1. Pay depends on your role, skill level, and employer. $130-$250/day is realistic for mid-level roles, and not a promise on every listing.

2. Some listings are location-restricted. Read before applying.

3. These boards have fewer users, which means less competition but also fewer daily listings. Check them consistently

4. All the job boards I’ll be sharing are free to browse.

1. FindAsync

This site was built specifically for async roles. If you never want to join a Zoom call, this is where you start.

Every listing is filtered for async-first companies. They have extremely low traffic, and disclose location restrictions upfront.

You’ll also be notified if the role you’re applying for has been filled, so you don’t waste your time on a wild goose chase.

2. RemoteWX

This is a clean (if not the cleanest) job board for tech, product, and customer service roles.

They are known for never sharing recycled listings, and are one of the quietest boards still actively updated.

Their jobs are always recent, with the yearly pay disclosed upfront.

3. Jobgether

Link: jobgether.com

Aggregates roles globally and actually labels whether a job is fully location-independent vs. “remote in a specific country.”

It is a very useful filter most people don’t know to look for, and it retains low traffic compared to its size.

4. Outsourcely + Jobgether combo:

Set up alerts on both. You’ll see roles within hours of posting. Most applicants find these jobs 3-5 days late on the bigger boards, if at all.

Hope this helps.
