Cramps = acute dielectric flashover/loss of control in the water lattice around nerves/muscles. Mg helps symptomatically but the upstream water dielectric failure is the root cause. Nerves lose semiconduction = Y and Z-axes lose topological sync = local plexus issues systemic 💯
