@simonecanciello: the most viral UGC organic con...
the most viral UGC organic content right now is what we call long hook.
and all these shorts can be easily recreated with AI, so you can make them even if you're introverted or lazy (or just don't want to spend hours doing repetitive work).
i'm going to show you exactly how to create them so you don't have to DM 100 creators daily just to be ghosted by everyone and then burn out.
this is the workflow i'm actually using: tiktok -> claude opus 4.7 ->arcads (nano banana pro + seedance 2.0) -> capcut -> tiktok.
is it better than real UGC?
no.
it's just a different game, and if you understand the difference, you can actually use it to your advantage.
just imagine, you're a vibe coder excited to ship your app but you end up with 0 real users and you really don't know how to start getting traction.
then you see on X that you can create a UGC farm but wait, you're introverted or you don't want to lose time sending 100 DMs every day just to be ghosted and end up with 0 creators after 1 month.
most people are saying that you should pay them $1 CPM (even i was saying this), but let's be real, at the end of the day they're human and no one's going to consistently create content for you for pennies.
if you find a real UGC creator, you'll quickly realize that you need to pay them like $150 weekly + bonus or you'll lose them for your competitors.
here's the solution
i can say that i found a good balance between laziness and actually grinding with this workflow.
yes, i'm lazy and i want to focus on what i like to do (building my app, creating content, not being a virtual assistant all day).
step 1: scroll 5m daily
in order to get some real traction, you should understand how gen z thinks and you can easily do this by watching what is going viral right now.
but you shouldn't scroll meme content.
here's what i'm doing to find viral formats every day (as you can see i'm posting most of them on my X account).
open tiktok and write what your users could search (use it as a SEO tool, not just for entertainment).
if you're building a screen time blocker app, don't search "screen time" but "how can i improve my screen time?" instead.
then filter by most liked & this month (so you don't find old formats that are already dead).
you will probably find different formats and casual content but we should screenshot every long hook format, i'd also save and remix hooks from different niches too (this is underrated).
right now these ones are insanely viral:
now that you have these hooks, save them.
you should also save other informations in these videos like:
step 2: send to claude opus 4.7
usually AI without context is SO BAD with copywriting or suggestions.
so here's what you can do:
download every short you see, send them to gemini, ask for a JSON with every information we talked about and then send that JSON to claude opus 4.7.
you don't need a super engineered prompt to be honest.
just send this:
```
read the JSON below and find a perfect balance between length + slang + physical characteristics + hook, then adapt these hooks to my app.
{your app informations}
{JSON}
```i'm usually lazy with prompts too, but they always work if you give them enough data.
now you have different hooks you can try, the exact length, physical characteristics of your UGC⦠what's next?
we need to actually create our UGC, and we'll use AI to do that (because we're lazy, again).
step 3: create your UGC
the tool we're going to use is arcads with seedance 2.0.
they approached me months ago and since then i've been using this tool to create AI UGC (and even animate my mascots).
i tried different tools but they must be doing something in the backend because it actually feels like you can one-shot everything.
and since we're lazy, we can use lazy prompts here too.
just copy and paste your prompt + select Nano Banana Pro.
```
close-up, intimate selfie-style portrait of a young woman lying sideways on a bed, camera extremely close to her face, slightly tilted angle creating a casual, spontaneous feel. her face fills almost the entire frame, with only part of her forehead and chin slightly cropped.
she has soft, natural features β light skin with a subtle warm undertone, faint natural blush on cheeks, minimal imperfections visible (slight skin texture, not overly airbrushed). her eyes are large and expressive, light grey-blue color, slightly glossy as if reflecting soft ambient light. her gaze is direct into the camera, curious and a bit intense, almost intrusive, like sheβs mid-thought.
eyebrows are thick but natural, slightly messy, not perfectly shaped. eyelashes soft and real, no heavy mascara look. nose small and slightly upturned. lips full but relaxed, slightly parted, natural pink tone, no lipstick.
hair is medium-length, brown with warm undertones, loose and messy, strands falling across her face and forehead. texture is soft and slightly frizzy in a natural way, not styled.
lighting is soft and diffused, likely from a nearby window or phone screen, creating gentle highlights on the eyes and nose, with very soft shadows. overall lighting is low contrast and cozy, slightly dim bedroom atmosphere.
background is out of focus and minimal β neutral tones like beige or off-white, suggesting a pillow or bedsheets. depth of field is shallow, keeping all attention on her face.
image has a slight motion blur and grain, like a paused video or low-light phone capture. overall vibe is raw, candid, unfiltered, slightly chaotic but intimate β like a screenshot from a late-night video.
no text, no interface, no overlays.
```and here's the result:
bro i promise this girl doesn't exist.
if you want to create different people, just send the prompt to opus 4.7 and ask it to change some characteristics.
step 4: create the video
now that we have our AI UGC & every info to create a tiktok, we can use seedance 2.0.
use your image as reference & add these settings:
then copy paste your video prompt.
```
ultra-realistic vertical smartphone selfie video, 5 seconds long, intimate close-up of a young woman lying sideways on a bed in a soft, dim indoor setting. the framing feels personal and accidental, like a casual front-camera clip sent to a friend late at night. no text, no interface, no captions, no ui elements, no filters, no beauty retouching.
the girl is very close to the camera at the beginning, her face filling most of the frame. she has light skin with a soft warm undertone, visible natural skin texture, slightly flushed cheeks, large light grey-blue eyes, thick natural eyebrows, soft full lips, and medium-length brown hair with warm undertones, loose and slightly messy, with a few strands falling near her forehead and cheek. she looks like a real person, not a model, not stylized, not overly polished.
she is lying on her side against a neutral pillow or bedsheet, with a cozy bedroom feel in the background. the background remains blurred and minimal, in soft beige and off-white tones. lighting is low-contrast and diffused, like ambient bedroom light mixed with weak phone screen light, creating gentle highlights in her eyes and soft shadow transitions across her face. the mood is intimate, candid, raw, and slightly vulnerable.
camera behavior and action timing:
the entire video is in subtle slow motion, smooth and natural, like a real phone video slowed down slightly, not cinematic slow motion. movement must feel human and imperfect.
second 0.0 to 1.5:the phone starts very close to her face, creating an almost intrusive close-up. her eyes are looking toward the camera, but not in a posed way β more like she just turned it on and is thinking. there is slight handheld micro-shake from her grip. then she gently moves the phone farther away from her face, increasing the framing from an extreme close-up to a looser close-up. the motion is small and natural, not dramatic, as if adjusting distance while recording herself.
second 1.5 to 3.2:while the phone is slightly farther away, she softly shifts her gaze away from the lens toward the side, as if briefly distracted by a thought or by something in the room. the eye movement comes first, then a very slight head turn follows, subtle and believable. her expression stays neutral-curious, soft, relaxed, maybe a little contemplative. lips remain naturally parted. no exaggerated emotion.
second 3.2 to 5.0:she slowly brings the phone closer to her face again, returning to a tighter close-up. during this movement, her eyes drift back near the camera area but not perfectly centered β it should feel unplanned, like a natural selfie clip, not a performance. the final frame ends with her face close again, hair slightly shifting, small handheld motion still visible.
motion details: β’ phone movement must come from the hand holding the front camera, so the motion should feel slightly uneven and organic β’ include micro jitters, tiny breathing motion, and subtle natural hand corrections β’ hair should shift very slightly as the phone moves β’ her gaze change must feel unconscious and real, not theatrical β’ facial muscles stay relaxed throughout β’ no sudden cuts, no transitions, one continuous shot
visual style: β’ realistic iphone/front camera aesthetic β’ shallow depth of field but still consistent with smartphone optics β’ slight low-light softness β’ tiny natural motion blur from handheld recording β’ very light digital grain, like an authentic phone capture in indoor lighting β’ natural skin texture preserved β’ no glam look, no studio feel, no commercial polish
composition: β’ vertical 9:16 β’ face remains the subject the entire time β’ one eye may be more dominant in frame due to the sideways angle β’ slight crop on forehead or chin is okay and even desirable for realism β’ camera angle slightly tilted, messy and intimate, like a real selfie
overall feeling:a real late-night selfie video someone casually records and sends to a close friend, soft, intimate, slightly chaotic, unfiltered, natural, human, believable
```this is what you're going to generate.
it looks insane right?
once again, you should copy paste this prompt + the generated image to opus 4.7 to personalize the video prompt, so you won't waste your credits and time.
step 5: now it's time to add the long hook + make it realistic
instead of posting this video exactly like this (you could), i suggest to make it in slow motion.
you can use another goated app to make this, capcut.
i usually change the length from 5s to ~7.2s + add the hook.
this small change alone increases replays a lot because people need more time to read.
step 6: post manually
i know that i wrote "how to automate..." in this article title, but you know what? i'll give you a better advice.
whoever is saying that you can automate content on tiktok is lying to you.
you can't automate content without getting 0 views.
you can technically post as draft with API and then manually post, but what's the point of posting drafts with API? no one.
so my advice is simple:
just save these videos on your device and post them manually when you want, avoid unnecessary headaches.
and be sure to post on warmed up accounts:
3 days after creation, use the method i said before to warm up your account (search like your users would do, not by keywords), act as a real human (watch entire related vids, not just 3 seconds), comment etc...
at the end of the day, you don't need to over engineer warm up, you just need to behave like you're using your real account.
end
i hope you find it useful.
i want to say thank you to arcads for sponsoring this content since i'm actively using their platform, huge huge thank you!
