Claude Opus 4.7 vs GPT 5.4 (1/9)
Really impressed with opus 4.7 from these initial tests!
Like how opus uses gradients on the plant to give it some depth with highlights and shadows, whilst also rendering prettier leaves. (out of all the models I've tested this is the first one that does this)
Both models took about the same time to generate this. Opus 4.7 token usage also feels identical to 4.6
Still early to tell, more tests soon!
prompt: Build a single-file HTML/CSS/JS (no libs) demo that uses SVG to simulate a plant growing: stem extends, leaves sprout + unfurl with springy/windy “physics”, then seamlessly loops forever.
