7/ The US is re-fortifying the West - with notable escalations against 'bad actors' from the old System (Venezuela, Colombia, etc.) - all part of a broader strategy for a self-sufficient New System

e.g., Argentina receiving Money (swap line) + Technology (OpenAI Stargate in Patagonia) for Energy (Resources, loyalty + experimentation)
