This (may) sound unfair to Bing Kun, but IMO Pei Kee should stick with Mei Xing only at this point and moving forward.
As the second WD who can qualify in major and higher ranked tournaments, it is very important to close the performance gap with our first WD ASAP.

Having Pei Kee to solely focus on WD without worrying about XD should greatly ease the stress, especially in terms of stamina.
Through good coaching and efforts, they can still go farther than the present.
Remember how close we were with Anna/Mei Xing.

What about Bing Kun, then? I believe there are other partners that are available at the moment, albeit not having the full list on my side.
Having previously been guided by Ee Wei, Bing Kun (can) needs to bring this experience with another younger/inexperienced partner.

There's a Chinese saying "两头不到岸," meaning quite literally unable to reach both ends.
If this form of partnership continues, I fear it may not end well for both sectors in the long run.
My two cents.
