đŸ§”MSF survey of Gaza fatalities inadvertently reveals key data: 24% of all fatalities (~11,000) are natural, not war caused. Total deaths of 46,000 at Mar 2025 vs Hamas’ claim of 50,000. This shatters “studies” claiming far higher tolls; confirms inclusion of natural deaths. 1/

MSF reports a death rate of 0.41 per 10,000 per day in Gaza as of 3/26/25, thus totaling 46,000 fatalities since 10/7. And 76% are due to war injuries (~35,000), leaving 11,000 natural deaths—matching expected mortality (natural and infant) for this period. 2/

As of survey date, Hamas claims 50,144 deaths (see below from UN), not far off from MSF survey result. But Hamas has always claimed these were ALL war deaths, but yet in 2 years has never produced another list of “natural deaths” which based on history should be about 12,000. 3/

Significant evidence shows natural deaths are included in Gaza fatality counts though exact numbers are hard to confirm. This thread is one such confirmation showing that all types of deaths are reported by as “war deaths” by Hamas. 4/

MSF notes that the war deaths it counted are on Hamas’ list, while non-war deaths are not. Yet MSF found only 35,000 war-related deaths vs Hamas’ 50,000 claim, clearly showing Hamas’ numbers are exaggerated. Either way MSF survey proves Hamas is manipulating fatality data. 5/

The MSF survey contradicts recent “studies” claiming Gaza deaths are far below even Hamas figures. This is part of a campaign to inflate civilian fatalities and downplay combatants to argue “genocide.” This article exposes the misinformation campaign: END
