1. Find a way to use ethical scarcity & urgency

Always open offers rarely sell. They're almost as bad as nice-to-have offers.
Create a start & end time and limit how many people can buy.

Business is simple but not easy. Most people give up too soon. Or they don't put in enough effort.
At the start it makes sense to work long hours on your business and obsess over details.

People are busy. They forget things. They handle the most urgent stuff first.
