PROBLEM 1: Electrolyte Deficiency

The most overlooked reason you wake up exhausted: low electrolytes, especially magnesium and potassium.

Your body needs them to stay asleep and recover fully. Without them, sleep is shallow and restless. So you oversleep just to feel normal.
