We assume more recovery is always better.

1. Fatigue – you’re worn down and depleted.
2. Flatness – you’re under-stimulated and dull.
3. Physiological problem – a deeper issue (illness, deficiency, etc.)
Each state demands a different solution.

This is the most obvious and most common. You’ve pushed your stress limits, and haven’t recovered enough.
You need time off. You need calories, hydration, and most importantly: sleep.
In life, this is the equivalent of closing the laptop, putting the phone away, and taking a true break.
Not a “scroll Instagram and call it rest” kind of break, a real one.
