(2) Engage in continuous collaboration between independent and international collaborations. For independent squad, promote peer training as everyone is fighting for the same flag we bear proudly on our chest.

One of our most practical cultures in Malaysia is to have training camp and motivational talks, frequently implemented in all levels of education and even organizations.
Inviting other athletes to train and participate in talks promotes great discourse beneficial to all sides.

The Chinese and Japanese are great examples. It doesn't have to be put as public, but tournaments like this greatly promote competition and exchange of skillsets among athletes.
