Microsoft just open sourced Copilot and Windows Subsystem for Linux under the MIT license. Huge day for OSS.

The commitment to opening up more parts of VS Code for third party devs to build copilot-like experiences is really exciting. The potential for more deeply integrated extensions has me so hyped.

To be clear - “Copilot” here is the VS Code extension/integration, not all the other things called Copilot
