Early specialization might look like a shortcut, but long-term development usually wins over time.

Often what youth athletes need isn't more private lessons or year-round pressure...
They need a wide foundation. Movement quality. Coordination. Play.

12 hours of skill work a week vs 10 hours of skill work and 2 hours of strength, coordination, new movements…

I can almost guarantee you that one is far superior to the other. 

Build the athlete, then the specialist.
