1. Forget the niche

At the start you don't know sh*t.

• Post content about topics you're obsessed with
• Share personal stories

2. Look like a freaking human

• No cartoon profile pics
• No company brands full of ads
• No "The social media guy" nicknames

Be yourself.

• Use a nickname that looks like a real name.
• If you've got courage, use your real name
• Use a photo of you as a profile pic

3. Quit trying to be an expert

Show don't preach. How?

• Show people what you're building in public
• Document the journey
• Share highs & lows

4. Post daily

Inconsistency is the kiss of death.

People have to see your s*xy face many times to remember

Once you've shown up for 6 months, people trust you more than everyone else

Now when you sell an offer most sales will happen on auto-pilot

5. Social proof is a differentiator.

• No need for 1M followers

• But aim for 5000 followers so you can rise above the competition

When you have an audience you naturally have authority, so you get inbound opportunities

6. Networking leads to more authority

Once you have basic authority you can start to DM other creators.

Because you have social proof they will reply. This allows you to network and partner

Your audience + someone else's audience = leverage for your content

That's how you can accelerate past 5000 followers if you want.

100K followers is basically a guarantee of 7-figures or more if you understand digital business.

7. Turn authority into a digital business, not fame

Fame is a nightmare (ask Tim Ferriss)

You want to be wealthy & free, not famous & poor

As you build authority learn how to create a digital business. Point your audience to it

Help people solve problems through your business.

Let your content demonstrate you can solve problems

8. Authority on one platform transcends to another

Now take the same content & authority & add a second platform

I started with LinkedIn, added X, then S*bstack & now Threads.

The more audience you create, the more leverage you build

9. Turn the authority into cash (legally)

Funnel everyone from social media to an email list

Make offers to the list every month

• Start with a high ticket offer
• Get the offer to 6-figures
• Productise it
• Add leverage to buy back your time

By the end, only sell your time for some crazy figure ($5000/hour)

10. Turn the core offer into an offer stack

One offer is good. But multiple levels of access is what creates 7 & 8-figure creators.

When an offer is validated you can build other offers around it.

My favorite is to build a high-end mastermind

Bringing it all together

Once you have authority it stops you having to jump on stupid sales calls to sell stuff

All you do is make text-based offers, get a VA to answer basic questions, then let people buy

Way simpler than a complex sales funnel
