I think that while he's right that people have tribal instincts, revealed preferences show they don't care as much about race as he thinks.

Here I ask Jared about what he makes of the fact that even in Southern California, the "racial issue" revolves around black concerns. I think white identitarians over generalize from black issues to other groups.
