says making Taehyung's eyes widen in shock, “s-supressents?” he whispers, “but alphas like you do not take them. You have never taken it right?”

Jungkook shrugs, acting nonchalant, “I can take it. We need to go back and I cannot have the pack know I was in rut while with you.”

He goes to walk past Taehyung to his room but the omega grips the alpha's arm, “Jungkook,” he calls, his voice grave, “what happened in the pack? Why are you going as far as taking suppressants to go back to the pack? It has only been two days.”

He freezes when he turns towards him, when he smells him.

Jungkook has taken

suppressants but his eyes still reddens, “You..”, he gulps.

“I tried to wash it off, I promise I did but your scent refuses to leave me”, Taehyung hurries to explain, “a-and these bite marks, I do not have any make-up to cover them, how could I”, he bites his lips, fisting his

hands.

He is lying to Jungkook. He knows this would get the alpha in trouble but he could not.

He could not force himself to wipe Jungkook's scent of him completely. He was too weak.

He could not hide the bote marks. He was too weak.

This was all he was left with, all he

would be left with when they reach the pack.

After they reach, Jungkook is Jiwon's.

Jungkook's face heats up as he looks away, “the scent, I

Taehyung matches his eyes before he is walking towards him, his stance firm until he is right in front of Jungkook.

Taehyung licks his lips and Jungkook kisses him back. But then he is moving away before before Jungkook could even comprehend.

he curls back, “now I gave it to you.”

Jungkook opens his mouth but Taehyung continues, “it would be our last kiss after all”, he whispers.

He pulls Taehyung by his

hands to push him against the corridors wall to kiss him roughly, his hands thumping on the either side of the omega's head as he pushes him further, making every inch of their bodies touch, “fuck”, he curses, Taehyung's eyes widens momentarily at the curse before he kisses him

hardly again, till his lungs burn, till Taehyung's hold on Jungkook's hanbok tightens in desperation, till they are completely breathless.

Then he is parting to stare right into the omega's eyes, “I should have taken up your offer to have sex with you.”

Taehyung's eyes blues

in surprise.

“I should have fucked you till you could not even think about any other alpha, I should have left myself in you even when I go to mate someone else-”

“Jungkook”, Taehyung's voice is full of warning, eyes heavy.

Jungkook freezes, his voice drops in a cold whisper, “what did you just say?”

Taehyung nods, crosses his arms on his chest, “you are- you are literally the same kind of alpha who takes city omegas to be sluts

who will just have sex with everyone-”

“Are you not?” Jungkook snaps back, “is that not why you rejected me? Because you wanted your freedom, you-”

“Shut up, Jungkook”, Taehyung's voice turns heavily rotten as he embeds his fingernail into Jungkook's arm with force, “shut the

hell up."

Jungkook presses his lips together, shaking in rage.

Taehyung watches him before he is taking his hands off of him, "put your Alpha heir cap back on, Alpha Jeon. We need to leave.”

He pushes Jungkook away as he steps away

from him.

Jungkook seethes before he unfists his hand and breaths out through his mouth before he is leaving as well, following the omega to the pack where chaos awaits them.

Jin looks at Jimin's lower stomach curiously, Jimin continues, “Last

night, they- they ordered us to take Taehyung out- how-how will Jungkook go against them?” Jimin's eyes tear up as his voice shakes, “they gave us the ultimatum to throw Tae. How will we go against them? How will the alpha heir be enough to go against them?”

Seokjin's eyes turn

sad as he looks at Jimin before he is looking away, “Jungkook said he will take care of it”, he keeps a hand on Jimin's shoulder, “trust him. It is his fated mate. He will feel the urge to protect him.”

Jimin bites his lips at that, he does not know about that.

They have alway

being at it, constantly fighting and hurting each other. He does not know what Jungkook will do.

He does not know if he trusts him enough to protect Taehyung.

He still nods.

But then, they hear a commotion coming from just outside the hut, they turn to look from where they are

sitting in the veranda.

Jiwon gives out a shout of pleasure before she is running towards the middle of the pack, towards- Jimin's eyes follow her- Jungkook, who is standing alone, talking to her pack alpha.

With no Taehyung is sight.

Jimin stands up.

The alpha's laugh at Jiwon's excitement as she comes to a stop in front of Jungkook, bows, and stands meek now, "Alpha Jeon."

Jungkook nods at her before his eyes go past her to match Jin's eyes, Seokjin who is walking towards him, he shakes his head, Seokjin stills, frowning.

Jungkook looks back at the alpha who calls him to nod at him instead.

Jin looks back at Jimin.

Jimin is frowning, his hands are fisted beside him but then, he is leaving towards where Taehyung's hut is, his heart beating hardly in his chest with his nerves.

He is rushing towards the hut and then knocking on the door, “Taehyung if you are not there, if that aloha did something to you, I promise I will-”

Taehyung opens the hut door before Jimin could finish.

Jimin blinks as a certain smoky scent almost freezes him, “Taehyung?”

Taehyung's eyes are dimmed, his skin pale as he hides under a scarf. He nods at Jimin, “Jiminie.”

Jimin walks behind the omega to close the hut door behind himself, “You-you smell of Al-”

“I know”, Taehyung says quietly, too quietly.

Jimin looks at the way the omega sits,

the way his shoulder are curled into himself, the way the omega is shivering- he looks like he went through a storm, the heaviest of them.

Jimin's chest tightens. He looks at the hut, it smells heavily of Jungkook with an underlayer of Taehyung's scent that is rotten, like the

flower are wilting, like Taehyung is wilting.

Jimin sits on the bed tentatively, his hands inches towards the other omega, “You never told me you were fated to him.”
