In the UK, people can spend longer in jail for insulting somebody via social media (max 7 years) than for almost beating them to death (max 5 years). The average murderer spends 16 years in jail. Won't laws like this incentivize violence? Seems like a bad idea to me.

Eventually some people are going to say "screw it, I'm going to jail either way, I'll go out with a bang." Polling data published yesterday indicates that over one third of Britons support "violence against refugees and immigrants." Surely the state should try to mitigate this?

I'm not endorsing violence here, just pointing out the obvious. Elon is right, Britain is on the verge of civil war, and it seems like the UK government is doing everything in its power to make things worse. Labour's tyrannous two-tier system is clearly destabilizing the country.

If over one third of Britons support violence against migrants, I wonder how they feel about the government that is importing said migrants and jailing everybody who protests or speaks out? This is probably the dumbest government in the history of Britain.

Just remembered this statistic. Two-Tier Keir *is* running the dumbest government in the history of Britain.
