Many are asking about Tijuana as a coastal city. Yes, it's in the coast, but not because it's a *coastal* city.
Compare San Diego and its HUGE HARBOR with Tijuana and its puny coast: no harbor, and only a small beach. Tijuana is centered around the interior. It's on the coast only because it's tied to SD, and SD is a coastal city.
So I think Tijuana is not really a coastal city the way Acapulco is.
