Izuku would like to point out that at work he has never dropped anything despite being told he is fairly clumsy. He was a waiter and he needed to be quick and efficient.

He’s never dropped a plate or tripped over or anything that could risk embarrassing himself in front of his boss and the customers. Until this day. It wasn’t even entirely his fault!

He was running meals to tables and he was bringing one out and it happened to be at a table with a blonde man who was so undeniably beautiful and Izuku tried his best to keep his composure as he approached the table.

To his dismay, the food had been for the beautiful man and as he was placing it down the man moved back, elbowing Izuku in the stomach making him hunch in pain, the plate almost slipping out of his hands.

Unfortunately, the man’s sauce flung off the plate, splashing on the table and onto the man’s expensive-looking shirt. “S-sorry!” Izuku yelped, putting the plate down and using the napkin to clean up the mess he made.

The man snatched up some of the napkins to clean his shirt as Izuku muttered out apologies. “Just screw off,” the man ended up growling and Izuku had to do a very embarrassing walk of shame to the kitchen.

He ended up begging his coworker to take the rest of the plates to that table, but he could feel burning red eyes watching him for the rest of the night. It felt like he could breathe when his shift finally ended and he was so happy to go home, his jacket in one hand and his

-helmet in the other. He didn’t expect to see the blonde man sitting on the curb, waiting patiently. He definitely didn’t expect the man to do a little yawn and it was so damn cute!

It was probably creepy but Izuku stood a little bit away and watched the blonde, hoping that someone would come to pick him up… But they never did. He might have waited a long time because the beautiful man looked back, feeling Izuku’s eyes on him.

Izuku eyes widened but the man only rolled his eyes looking forward once more. Feeling a slight bit of courage from the lack of yelling Izuku started to approach him. “Hey, s-sorry about ruining your shirt,” Izuku started with hoping the man wasn’t too annoyed at Izuku.

“Whatever, I’ll never wear it again anyways,” the man waved it off as if it didn’t matter. Izuku waited for a beat before trying to make more conversation. “So are you waiting for someone?” he asked, though he hoped he didn’t come off as too nosey.

The man clicked his tongue, seeming frustrated. “My stupid friend said he’d come pick me up but knowing him he’s probably passed out on his couch,” the blonde muttered. Izuku knew that he probably shouldn’t offer but the words slipped out of his mouth.

“I can give you a ride home if you want. To make it even,” Izuku gave an awkward smile as the man looked back with a conflicted expression. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to agree or not and Izuku didn’t mind if he got ‘no’ as the answer. As long as the man was alright.

“I guess,” he shrugged his shoulders, standing up to face Izuku appearing to be shorter making Izuku force down his grin. Every other thought flew out the window because the most gorgeous man alive was gonna be riding his bike.

“Great!” Izuku grinned, thinking for only a moment before he put his helmet on the man’s head. He always kept a spare one at work in case any of his coworkers needed a lift. He made sure the helmet was secure enough as the man grumbled about knowing how to put on a helmet.

After that, Izuku practically skipped back to grab his spare. When he came back the man was waiting with a pout with his face all squished up in the helmet. “I’m Midoriya Izuku, by the way,” Izuku began leading the way. The blonde scrunched his face.

“More like Deku... I’m Bakugou Katsuki,” he stated as Izuku laughed at the nickname. “Guess I’ll give you a nickname,” he grinned as the man growled. They finally took off, following his little GPS to the man’s house.

The blonde held on tight and Izuku didn’t even have to pretend he wasn’t smiling cause the man couldn’t see anyway. As his bike began to reach the man’s apartment, Izuku didn’t want this to be the end.

So when they finally parked and the man jumped off, thanking Izuku quietly while putting the helmet in the storage compartment on the back, Izuku pulled off his helmet. “I’d love to take you to dinner… As an apology,” Izuku grabbed all of his courage and held onto it tight, now

-feeling afraid of rejection. He really really wanted to take this Bakugou Katsuki on a date. “Hah?!” Oh no. Izuku is in for a world of pain and rejection. “As if I’d go on a pity date! Man up and ask me properly,” He tapped his foot watching as Izuku’s eyes widened.

“L-let me take you on a date! Not as an apology but because I want to get to know you!” Izuku yelped as the man smirked. “Yeah, yeah. Give me your phone and I’ll give you my number,” the man winked and Izuku's heart nearly gave out.

He scrambled to grab his phone while trying to keep a hold of his helmet. He eventually did and got the man’s number. “You better take me on the best date, Deku,” the red-eyed male grinned and Izuku did the same. He couldn’t wait to get to know this lovely person.

“I promise I will… Kacchan!” Izuku was so genius. That’s such a great nickname! He quickly put on his helmet when he saw the shocked look of Kacchan. “That’s absolutely shitty!” Kacchan yelled but Izuku was already turning on his bike.

“Bye, Kacchan!” Izuku called out and he began to drive away, knowing that he would be able to get to know this man soon enough. Their first date was a total success and they had their second and third and so on until they became boyfriend but Izuku could not stop taking his

boyfriend out. His Kacchan was gorgeous and Izuku was glad his clumsy accident gave him such a beautiful human to love. And he planned to love Kacchan forever.
