thief mo ran who’s about to rob chu wanning’s house but then he saw how messy the whole apartment was, aside from blueprints and half-finished projects it has nothing worthy of stealing, even the fridge is empty

so he ends up cleaning and buying him groceries instead

he also ended up prepping meals for the whole day for this stranger who lives so poorly that he felt compelled to take care of them

chu wanning was startled of course when he arrived inside his home that’s now completely organized and also food miraculously appeared in his fridge and cupboards

he wanted to file a complaint but what was he gonna say? a stranger broke into my house and did the opposite of theft?

mo ran, who was hiding somewhere in the apartment cause he was curious who the owner of the house was, developed the biggest crush on the most beautiful man he had ever seen

he ended up checking in on chu wanning every other day and he’d come to the realization that chu wanning just really sucks at taking care of himself so mo ran ends up cleaning and buying things for him when chu wanning is away for work

the third time this happened, mo ran saw chu wanning leave a note on the fridge thanking him for what he’s doing and that he shouldn’t waste time on someone ljke chu wanning

mo ran rolled his eyes, slipped the note in his pocket and continued doing what he’s doing (sweeping the floors as while wearing an apron that unironically says ‘best wife’)

the next post it note he got from chu waning was that if he wants to keep these up then at least mo ran should show himself so chu wanning could treat him for dinner as thank you

mo ran might have been unsuccessful in robbing chu wanning’s house but he was very much successful in stealing chu wanning’s heart

little back story, mo ran was hired to steal a very innovative blueprint from chu wanning but seeing as chu wanning is stuggling in living he ended up feeling bad and dropped his contract with his client (he’s a professional burglar who’s also a conman or sumn so he’s rich af)
